Image Tours does not guarantee air schedules. Prices are based on the availability of a contracted class of service and the schedules are subject to change at any time. Sometimes this means an additional connecting flight or perhaps a longer layover time. We monitor these schedules and check the availability regularly to get your clients the best possible schedule. If we find that better schedules become available closer to the departure date, we will fax you a revision. Occasionally, schedules become available in other classes of service which we can offer for a supplement. The fees range from to 5 per person in each direction. If you receive a less than desirable air schedule and your clients are willing to pay the supplement, you can call us to check the availability.
